Al is one of the BEST guys To deal with.It took a while to get the Diamond I wanted for my Wife,but Al came through,and on time.Anniversary/Mothers day.Al even put the stone in a Platinum setting, I wanted.All I can say is WOW !!! Price/service GREAT. East Cambridge is Very Lucky to have him.

I went to Pacheco Jewelers in hopes of having them fix my mothers watches. Al took fantastic care of me and fixed both watches. We are lucky to have him in the East Cambridge neighborhood! 10/10 recommend!

Knowledgeable and helpful staff! My husband and I have been in a couple times to browse wedding and engagement rings and eventually bought a gold Claddagh ring here. They have a small but high quality selection of jewelry and aren't pushy about purchases.

To know this long time loved local business as well as the staff who know their clients very well,00 is to have a good friend on your side. They always display kindness, friendliness, humor, professional and more importantly, they are exceptionaly knowledge in their field and beyond. They are excellent for creating unique things that come to life just the way you are expecting. If they dont have something you my be looking for in stock, they get it. I've had things made, looked for specific items, requested items and had them even suggeste and or give options which has ALWAYS been in my favor and I've never been let down. I look forward to seeing them all, (especially Mrs. Pacheco, she's such a sweetheart) Al & Danny is a must! LAnd it's an investment. I don't & won't go anywhere else. I love getting gift for others so they get to see how awesome they are without feeling they might be taking a risk... If you haven't stopped by, give them shot, even if it's for that favorite watch that needs a battery and or you need that perfect gift! A friend in the jewelry business isn't too shabby😉

Well - our friends recommended this place to us and now we can recommend it to you! My fiancé and I just picked up my wedding band here - After listening to what I wanted Mr. Pacheco was able to select the perfect ring immediately - (perfect size and everything)! I just wanted something simple and durable and he found just that - no effort to try to upsell us and the price was very reasonable. Both he and his wife were very friendly and the offer services on the rings they sell as well - engravings, resizings what have you. Overall - highly recommended if you are in the market for rings!

Finally had the opportunity to travel into Cambridge to repair a broken necklace clasp. It’s clear with the truly exceptional service I received by the entire team, that this business has been around as long as it has been, with the greatest feedback and reputation due to their tremendous knowledge and experience with jewelry rather than just making a sale. I’m left with no reason to shop elsewhere as they earn your trust and loyalty. My family and friends near and far will be reaching out to Pachecos Jewelers going forward. These days you can buy/sell/repair jewelry so many different ways. They haven’t lost touch with the most important, building rapport with the customer, listening and offering suggestions that align with ultimate customer satisfaction. Needless to say, I will be dropping my other necklaces and bracelets off to have the clasps done on those. I feel comfortable knowing that they can be trusted with any items that are brought in and rest assured the work being done is in house and of the most superior workmanship.
